Not that I can see. I'm very surprised by this decision. Fletcher has been great this year.

Here's hoping its a promotion due to Dockrey's good play, instead of a demotion for Fletcher because of poor play or injury.

No, the coaches felt that Fletcher's play has deteriorated in the last few weeks.
