"We actually met at a track meet in North Carolina and we just kind of clicked. I never knew that he was going to become who he became. We always looked out for each other on the field, watching it every chance we could, and switching phone numbers. He would tell me little things in my ear to keep me going. I haven’t talked to him in a while but the last time I spoke to him he told me I was going to enjoy myself on this day because I didn’t believe him."

"We are going to see when I get up there. I believe I can take him. Tye is very fast but I have been working on my fundamentals and getting ready to get on the field."
