The Eagles should have beaten us on Monday night.

This could really come back and bit them. We are not the same team we where then just three weeks ago, not sure we belonged with the best of the best. But after the Eagles played soft against us and we won that game, here we are. We are a young, healthy, confident playoff team that has really just one two-playoff game in a row. We have momentum and we are getting better every week. The Eagles had the chance but decided to rest player. I’m not sure but we have won a big game ot two and with no TO hmmmm.

I agree....I think sand-bagging the last two games of the season could really come back to bite them in the ass. I'm leaning toward wanting to play them next week before they get a chance to work off the rust. I mean, think about it, by next weekend, it will almost have been a month since they played a meaningful game.

I don't know if anyone saw the quote by Jevon Kearse after the Bengals slapped down the Eagles but he said something about once they start practicing again, they will just get their momentum back. Sounds to me like they are trying to convince themselves and others and I just don't see it. I think that if the Rams defense will stop giving 10-yard cuhions they will have a great shot at beating the Eagles. :1:

That's a crock.....you don't build momentum by practicing. You build momentum by winning games. Let them keep deluding themselves if they wish...it'll play right into the hands of whomever they have to play next week.

Which would mean the potential for us to host the NFC Championship game if everything else falls into place.

Re: The Eagles should have beaten us on Monday night.

YO,

If we play in Philly next week will you go?

When I worked in the area living in Delaware during Baltimore's SB season, I remember the locals telling me that the Eagles games are beyond wild especially when supporting the visitor. I hear they have two satellite courtrooms to instantly try the alleged criminals.

Tickets are tough to get a hold of too.

Will you be there in body and spirit or just spirit?

FLO

I'll definately check out the ticket availability. The thing is...you can always get tickets...it's a matter of how much are you willing to pay.

As far as the atmosphere, it's definately different. I actually lived in Philly for a few years, working in a sports bar as a bartender (I got out when I had my first kid, I didn't want my kids growing up there), and let me tell you, while not ALL Philly sports fans are bad, most of the stories you hear are true. It's a very colorful place to be a sports fan.

If I can get reasonably priced tickets...I'd love to go, but I'll be leaving the kids home!

Good luck with the tickets and good idea about leaving the kids at home.

Will you wear your RAMS jersey if you make it down there?
