I gotta say I would agree with most of those picks. The only one's I see different are:

AFC Def. MVP - Dwight Freeney (Reed is just as deserving, but everyone loves a pass rusher)
NFC Off. Rookie - Alex Smith (The powers that be will jump to give a niner an award)
NFC Def. Rookie - Antrell Rolle (AV, I can't believe you didn't pick your boy from MU)
NFC Coach - Mike Martz (After years of being the "experts" whipping boy, it will, all of a sudden, become chic to root for Martz)

I think Rolle will do well, but, as you said, everyone loves a pass rusher.

As for Martz being Coach of the Year, that would be quite a turnaround for the media. Of course, on some level, I hope that does not happen, as John Hadley would probably try to take credit for it.

The only way Martz gets coach of the year is if the Rams win the SuperBowl ........................................................................
    ...................................................................
    .................................................
    ................................
    ....................
    ...........
    ......
    ....
    .

    Therefore ............. he gets it

I Think Coach Of The Year Is Picked Before The Big Game But I Agree Martz May Have A Shot After They Finish 13-3 And Secure Home Field.
