With the economy the way it is, I don't think St. Louis would be willing to drop 30 mil just on a convention center. In my eyes this is a pretty big statement that those in charge don't think the Rams are going anywhere. Hooray for the Mid West!

Oh really 30 mil is a big statement? The year the raiders left L.A. the coliseum dropped 100 million. 80 million for earthquake retrofit and 20 million in upgrades and guess what happened? Ya I need not finish that off. Just remember where "Those in charge" live and it aint out there.

seems to me like a waste of money, just do some minor upgrades.
there is no way the ed will be in the top quarter of stadiums when the lease runs out so spend the cash on a new stadium to keep the rams in stl.
and give us blue seats for gods sake...

They are also adding beer taps, tortilla chip bins and nacho cheese dispensers on the back of every seat.
