ESPN 101 in St.louis
is reporting that per Rams insiders an announcement will not be made until next week.
The Rams are waiting on Rex Ryan. As I stated earlier, they have nothing to lose. Even if he is using the Rams for leverage with the Rams, they may as well pursue him.
If he doesn't want the Rams, they have their choice of Spags or LF. It's a win win for the Rams and if they can get Ryan, maybe he brings FA like LB Bart Scott.

Sorry, I meant using the Rams as leverage against the Jets.

I just talked to BernieM and he said that information was incorrect. He just talked to Chip and Deaveny today and said it could happen any moment, Monday at the very latest.
