Everyone is looking at the negative lets look at the postive

Q.Culberson- had a good game while he was out there in limited minutes imagine a while games worth. I think he will be very good as our starting SLB Brandon chillar who?

    T. Johnson- Last line if defesen that is what safeties res suposed to be. He'll be good as a solid 3rd safety. One of the only bright spots of the bench.

    J. King- Came in on Nickel packages and started on the outside over Johnathan Wade and David Macklin. He didn't get tons of action, but looked good. With some more seasoning Tye Hill and King could form a decent 1,2 punch

feel free to add anything positive

I don't know if there was anything really good about that game. Except Dane Looker putting in some good yards.

However, today shows that we NEED Jackson in the line up to perform well. Today was an absolute joke. I'm glad that I didn't watch that game. I'm sorry guys, today SUCKED.

I was really pleased with Culberson as well...

I enjoyed that we were able to see Looker and Hall shine with their snaps.

And Drew Ben looked solid for the time he was in there.

I think Bulger is rusty of course...but who can say that interception was his fault?

When he was getting protection, he was making nice accurate passes (like the 7 yard first down to dane looker)

The INT was a tipped ball that sould have been caught, so it wasn't totally his fault. However, it was a 3 yard pass on 3rd and long...

Looker was very good, and Berlin didn't look too shabby from the few plays I was able to see.

Good to hear. I was down on his selection, as I wanted Red Bryant, but it'd be nice if King plays to his potential as a cover corner.

We looked pretty bad overall out there. But those are actually decent positive points to take away from this game. I believe Culberson should be the frontrunner to starting at SLB, he could be almost as good as Chillar already in his 2nd year - that's a big positive. If Culberson continues to develop he will be a real steal as an undrafted player and hopefully someone we can play for many years.

I think Bulger will need a couple of games to get going,he hasn't really played in quite awhile, kind of hard to judge him on an accurate 7 yard pass, most of us would be able to make that throw.there were some positives, not as many as we had hoped for,but thats what next week is for.

I think another positive is that Haslett didn't have the dial turned up to produce full "Fiery" mode. If he can ratchet it up for next week, we might be able to hold a team to under 300 yds rushing!!!
