    The Fisher Effect

Does anyone think the Rams could have signed Jake Long without Jeff Fisher (I don't!)? Ever since the Rams were fortunate enough to hire Jeff Fisher the entire Rams organization's attitude has changed (For the Better!)! Player's like Jake Long actually want to come to St Louis to play for the Rams (It's been a long time since the Rams could say that!) without the Rams having to overpay them! It was a great day for the Rams when Stan Kroenke (And, he deserves a lot of credit!) hired Jeff Fisher (And, Les Snead!)!

The Rams future looks very, very Bright!!!

Fish is the MAN, and players LOVE playing for him. He is the ultimate players coach, and great with the media as well, gotta love the moustache. THIS is why I was going nuts when he was making his decision last year, as i've covered him for 17 years, and I knew he was one of the best head coaches ever.

Actually, I was gonna' reply with Dolphins 17 Rams 14- the score of last year's game, and yet another in a long line of disappointments I've traveled great distances to sit through. Hopefully, 2013-14 is a different story.

That's over and done with my man! While we plan on having our "3" for 10+ years.

    Re: The Fisher Effect

Whats most impressive, to me, about Fisher is that hes a very well rounded coach in regards to handling his players. Hes a players coach but has firm control of the locker room. Thats not an easy feat in the NFL. Players coaches tend to be well liked, but sometimes less respected as theyre seen by the player more as a friend then an authority figure.

Fisher does a great job of demanding respect from the players by his actions, but at the same time is well liked by his players because of his personality and understanding of the game.

And I think we can all thank Sam Bradford for this. Fish said that Bradford was the determining factor when he chose the Rams over Dolphins.

    How things come full circle

You kidding me? This is Sam Bradford's 49th proving year and if he doesn't throw 70 touchdowns and 0 int's hes a bust...... Tired of hearing that crap... Sam is whats going to bring us a championship 100% compared to any other factor. Things have come full circle man!
