that was fun to watch, thanks .

Now I am waiting for all the Martz hates to jump in saying how bad it was for him to be shouting at Fitz on the sideline. LOL

Couple of notes from watching that...

-I really like that WR screen to Curtis at around the 1:10 mark.

-It's nice to see Fitz being congratulated on a touchdown pass from the starting O-line.

-Wow, Alex Barron at the 1:58 mark just dominated his man.

-3:00. Never like seeing a QB diving head first on the run, but it was a nice run, though.

-Man, who in the world did Fitz fake out at the 3:15 mark? How can this guy sleep at night, knowing he got faked out by a QB? LOL

Re: Fitz video:Fun to watch, enjoy.

Just saw the video. Very, very good! Thanks very much, Psycho.

[I still have 'dial-up' so I had to wait about 15 min. to download but definitely worth the wait.]

Hey, it may be only one game and, sure enough, there were a couple of typical rookie mistakes that resulted from being a little jumpie, perhaps even insecure which is nothing else than inexperience.

:angryram: But, tell you what, I like Fitzy!

He certainly has mobility, mobility as I haven't seen in our Rams QBs in a long time. Also, he seems to have the knack to make plays, either by finding a receiver at the last second or, by taking off and rushing for good gains.

Coach Martz likes to play Drill Sargeant on rookie QBs. One of them was named Kurt Warner (clearly stated in the All Things Possible book). And everyone knows MM approves of Ryan Fitz so far and is probably making him his next major long-term project.

Sometimes, if the young gun has the character and smarts to take the tough love, he can develop into a respectable NFL quarterback ... and Fitzpatrick seemed to take it in the chin, turn the other cheek and then return onto the field to throw the winning TD.

Best wishes to our young 3rd string QB with the Rams.

    PSYCHO,

Thanks !!! Cool Video, especially since I didn't see the game. Condensed and Sweet, like Canned Milk!

What jumps out is how fast his feet are, the guy is moving.

He had two drops and just missed that long one that was half a yard out of bounds... Can't help but like that guy.
Looks Like Martz has done it again! If you remember, no one else was interested in Bulger (not even for a backup).

All the playing time has to be helping Barron.

And that guy Curtis, he's got jets in his shoes.. He's ready to bust on every play!

    .

Great video crazy legs Fitz really does move good for a QB. He looks like he has all the throws some incompletions where on the receivers or slightly over thrown. He looks like a promising young backup to Bulger.

    Thank you.

Thanks again for the video, Psycho. Really helped to see Fitz' potential!

Maybe, just maybe -- if we have a dominating game this season where the score is 100 to 6 in the 3rd quarter, Ryan Fitzpatrick will get to play and spread his wings a little bit more.

I'd sure like to see No. 12 get playing time. I think both Bulger / Martin would help out.

For now, in addition to learning the Rams offense, RF will just have to learn to be patient.
