Fitzpatrick should start the rest of the season
I think there are so many positives to Fitzpatrick starting the rest of the season.
1. It gives Bulger time to heal.
2. We will find out if he has potential to be a good QB.
3. He may prove to be our #2 for next year.
4. If he loses we get a higher draft pick.
5. If he wins he builds confidence he can play in this league.
6. I don’t see him playing much worse then Martin and he is more mobile then Martin.

If Bulger is out, what have we got to lose?? I'm interested in seeing what he can do.

Re: Fitzpatrick should start the rest of the season
If Bulger needs the time, what would it hurt? Martin isn't getting younger, and we need to groom someone for the backup.

I tend to agree. If Bulger is hurt and can't go, I want to see what Fitz can do.

Yes I want him to start. Give him a chance who knows maybe he will end up being starter next year!

Re: Fitzpatrick should start the rest of the season
The difference between this and the Warner and Bulger battle is that Bulger has been playing really well still. Bulger was posting great numbers before he got hurt. Bulger is the starter, but I do want too see what Fitz can do while he's hurt.maybe he will end up being starter next year! The Roman and The Prince. Playmakers until the end.

Bulger should stay out. How many a/c joint sprains can a NFL quarterback endure throughout his career ??? Seems to be a weak spot and one that the Rams can't afford their starting QB to have. He is still relatively young, but when does this injury to his throwing shoulder become a problem for him, and his starting status.
Keep him out, and give the kid a shot. He very well may be our starter come mid season next year.
It'll give the incoming coaches some film on him also

I agree 100%. Look at what Warner did in 2000 I will believe in backup QB's for the rest of my life

Give the kid a shot.We have nothing left to lose this season.
No I dont think Bulger needs to come back this season. He has to let that shoulder heal.Another hard hit there could retire him.
I think Bulger has his best years in front of him and I dont want to see him waste those years. My heart beats crazy and my blood runs wild
