Answer: Will Martz be back or not, then who, will I still be here??????

The unknown has increase the tension. If the FO will make a decision and take appropriate action then the tension will decline and the players and FO can concentrate on football....

Making no decision on Martz is hurting the team and coaching staff.

It is way to early to start any sort of decision making for a lot of reasons.

1) No one really knows what is going on
2) You don't know who exactly is going to be available and wants to coach this team
3) Martz is still under contract.
4) Moving forward now only shows the players that the organization has given up on this season. In which we are not out of this yet.
5) Making rash decisions to a already chaotic situation is not a good idea

Exactly. The offseason is the time for these decisions.

I do not agree. However it maybe better for the future but I do not think it's helping the now.....

No matter who is available it will be dog and pony show. I can see upwards to eight or nine coaches being canned this year. If the Rams are one of them they will be contending with all of them. Soooo the question is would they benefit frome being the 1st to shop around?????????????
