    My $.02.
    4. We will be running the west coast offense which plays out to fast short yardage high percent passes.

    5. Sam Bradford is awesome at the long ball passing which will freeze the Belicheck Box style defense (projected).

Thus I went with the 85% passer rating

thls is good overall list for the whole team to aspire for.
as to how many they can achieve as a young team, who knows
cant wait for the season to start then watch support & see

I went with 500+ yrds for our RB who finally steps up as our #2
behind SJ. as we all know we really need this to happen to keep SJ
strong through the whole season RAMS 2010

I went with 85 passer rating cause I believe with sjax in the backfield he will have some to make high completetions to (plus mcmichael is outta here lol)

There's going to be a learning curve, and that's going to involve taking some sacks. I just don't see this one happening.

While I agree that Top 16 Total Defense is probably the most likely of the choices, I'd be careful about assuming Spag's history as a strong defensive coordinator is going to translate to better results on defense. I assume whenever the Ravens hired Brian Billick, they thought their offense would become what Billick had helped build in Minnesota as an offensive coordinator. But the Ravens' offense was never anything better than average under Billick. Ultimately, you have to have the talent, and while we've made some improvements, I don't think we've yet reached the point in our rebuilding where I'm ready to say I really like our defense, personally. We're getting there, but not there yet, IMO.
Going to have to agree, you need all the right pieces to be a good coordinator. Just like how Martz did very well under the rams, because they had all the right pieces, Warner, Holt, Faulk, Bruce.. Talent is a BIG thing to consider. If you have crappy guys who don't want to play, it makes the coordinators look bad... I think it shouldn't fall on the coaches but on the players because they suck.

I went with 1000 yards for a WR, and I believe that Robinson will achieve this.

I went with 15+ sacks. Our Dline has seen some changes. I feel like Chris Long will have his breakout season, and George Selvie will apply a tremendous amount of pressure. Hes a beast!

Also, our DT's have improved making this Dline better.

    I went with top 16 O
    Think about it.
    Sjax runs for 1200~1500 yards
Aj + Samchise throws a combined 3000 yards.

Throw in a few wildcard Running Backs with 100~200 yards
I think theres more than a slim chance

The o line seems like the strongest part of the team besides Jackson. It seems strange to say that but i think just having a different scene with skill at QB will help the oline a lot. Bradford can move better then Bulger in my opinion and i don't think he will be hit 98 times like the ram's qb's last year

Re: Which of the following stats is most likely to occur in 2010?

So... which stats are in reach with one game to go?

1,000 yard receiver - no chance

500 yard rusher (other than Jackson) - no chance

Less than 32 sacks allowed - Rams stand at 31. If they don't allow a sack @ Seattle, that would be a great thing! Even if they exceed 32, given the high number of pass attempts, you have to be pleased with the improvement in pass protection from 2009 to 2010.

Starting DEs total 15 sacks - Hall and Long currently have 18.5 sacks combined. Do I hear 20!?!?!

+5 Turnover Ratio - The Rams are currently at +5. Let's hope they stay there or, better yet, improve on that stat!

Team Passer Rating of 85.0 - Bradford (who has taken every snap at QB this year) has a rating of 78.0. He'd need a monster game to raise his rating to 85.0, but he's done so many other things right, I can't complain (truth is, the main thing that is holding Sam's rating down is yards/attempt, which is not surprising given the WR situation).

Top 16 defense (yards/game) - The Rams are currently 18th, so this one is in striking distance.

Top 16 offense (yards/game) - The Rams are currently 25th, so this one is likely out of reach.

Not bad overall! And, even more interestingly, the poll results (with the possible exception of turnover ratio) were pretty much spot on! Nice job, Clan!
