You have a good presence and know what you are talking about. Just don't speak so fast. You said the word, Also, many times. As someone that has a degree in public speaking (as well as spoke in front of crowds/cameras) you are very good but can improve you skills.

Your notes should be in outline form with Highlights to the right.
Example

Working on slowing down and breathing. A rushed speaker always seems nervous and trying to get through it.

Find other words other than also - you can say Firstly, next, lastly, more importantly, In addition to -- you can even jot those words on the bottom of the outline as a reminder...

THANKS for the feedback RichTree!! I like the outline format... I'll implement it for the next batch of videos! The time constraints really is what keep me moving through these videos.. I would love to have cut-ups/highlights/etc.. but I have to film 30 videos (NFL, NCAA (FBS-JUCO), CFL, UFL) in a 3 hr period so I can have time to edit and post.. In due time these will be a HELLAVA lot smoother! I'm gonna say by the summer

And Props on the Suit comment!! I like to keep the different suit/shirt/tie combos rollin'..
