Wait, wait a minute! Innocent until proven guilty! We don't know circumstances. Maybe she is a gold digger. Remember this guy was not only successful in the NFL but also in the bar and restaurant business.

Leave this one in the courts! Journalist always looking for a good story. Hope it's not true! This type of behavior would only be expected of a former raider or forty-niner player.

If true this would be a sad day in Ram nation.

The restaurant business can be pretty crazy. My sister tells me stories all the time that shock me. Without knowing him, it is impossible to say if he did it or not.

"Innocent Until Proven Guilty" is a courtroom term that applies to jurors serving on the trial. "The Court of Public Opinion" is not legally bound to it in any way.

True, but you shouldn't past judgement until all the facts are laid out in front of you, unless of course you want someone to judge you the same way.

Now if true & he is found guilty he deserves the max penalty that can be given in my mind. Rape can not & should not be tolerated on any level.

1.) When you let the facts get in the way- it muddles everything up.

2.) Rape should only be tolerated in the instance when I'm the victim and Kate Beckinsale is the perpetrator...woe is me...

I never heard of kate whatshername, but Irene Ryan played Granny on the Beverly Hillbillies. I love the episode where ellie mae gets caught playing hide the salami with Jethro while old Jed is looking down watching his Texas Tee shoot in a gusher.

Rape isn't funny--but concidering when a Celb. is accused of it and not your average Joe, its a whole different game

Former and/or current Celbs have $$$, your average Joe doesn't

Did Koby rape that gal in Colorado?
Did O.J. murder his....
Etc..etc...etc

There is justice and there is JUSTICE, just depends on how much justice one can buy. If Zendejas is guilty--would love to see the book thrown at him and have him sitting in jail with a fallow prisoner named Bubba.

In my heart I hope he is innocent, the idea of someone raping/killing or otherwise hurting women doesnt sit well with me.
