Free Agent signings that make sense

    http://www.sportingnews.com/yourturn...c.php?t=167046

    • Rams WR Kevin Curtis to the Lions. If Air Martz stays intact in Detroit, the Lions' offense will need more long-bomb threats for its hangar -- and Mike Martz appears to have an open-door policy for former Rams. Curtis' great speed would work well on the fast track of Ford Field.
    True, that would make sense.

    • Saints DE Charles Grant to the Rams. Grant would complement Leonard Little the way he has Will Smith in New Orleans. Grant produced both of his double-digit sack seasons under former Saints coach and current Rams coordinator Jim Haslett.

Would love to happen and feel its a real possibility.

I hate to see Curtis go but going to Lions wouldn't surprise me at all.:x

Grant coming to the Rams would be awesome. It does make sense also both from the position he plays and that he knows Haslett.:r

Grant sounds like a good pick, maybe bring in him and fletcher and get some youth and call it a defence

For what reason? Kaeding has been doing pretty good there. Not his fault they didn't take another shot downfield torwards the sideline to move closer to field goal range.

You're missin' the point, Hoss. It's not that Brown will be IN San Diego, but that he will be OUT of Seattle.

Kaeding has missed end-of-the-game kicks in two playoff games, so he could fall out of favor.

But, yes... I'd like Brown to go elsewhere and for the Seahawks to sign Bruzzi from the remake of The Longest Yard as their new kicker.
