Fun Little Marc Bulger Game

Ok so this may be another "Bulger Bashing" thread, but with the talk of us picking Mark Sanchez at 2, it made me think of a conversation/challenge I had a few months ago with a friend that is a Packer's fan. I claimed that Marc was still in the top half of the league as far as QB's go, he begged to differ. He had me name sixteen starting QB's that Bulger was better than. I thought it would be pretty easy, but lets see how you guys do.

Name 16 NFL QB's that started last year that Bulger would start over.

(Note: this is assuming everyone has the same o line, same wideouts, same play calling etc.)

Bulger is definitely better than Trent Edwards, but not quite Aaron Rodgers...and thats no knock on Bulger, Rodgers is a very good, young QB

If it's the same level playing field for every QB then there really too many I wouldn't have before Bulger.
Ryan Fitzpatrick, Matt Cassell, Shaun Hill, Seneca Wallace, Tavaris Jackson, and probably Eli Manning.

wow, well i guess your game showed us some things

1. o-line sucks(which we knew)
2. If he doesnt step it up he'll end up likeas a backup to a team someday soon.

Hope he steps his game up. i like bulger and hope he can return to form and hold off on draftinf a 1st rd qb for a few more years.

There are a few starters who are clearly better than Bulger, and a few that Marc is clearly superior to. The majority are about the same as Marc - they can succeed in the right system with the right players around them, and look really bad on a bad offense.

A better question would be to ask someone to list all the QBs who would have looked good on the Rams offense over the past two years. Its a very short list.

Bulger is a top 10 quarterback and he will prove it this year. Cant believe the treatment Bulger gets of his own "fans"
