Garrett-Sparano
While Garrett got all the credit for the Cowboys offense his first year, Sparano had a big hand in playcalling duties. He leaves for Miami and look at the Cowboys offense last year.
Just saying..... this would be a big mistake.
This team needs an identity and Garrett wouldn't provide it.

Re: Garrett-Sparano
Looks like he's our more than likely the pick, there's nothing we can do.

Always and Forever a fan of the St. Louis Rams

Re: Garrett-Sparano
...Not to mention Brad Johnson didnt really help out the "flow" of the offense either... the cowboys are known for playing a fast and furious type of offense thats well-balanced, and though im not hoping for garrett im still positive about the situation if he is indeed named HC

Re: Garrett-Sparano
Their Lack of cohesion is reflective on the coaches, because they had essentially the same offensive roster if not deeper. This could be more reflective on Phillips than Garrett, but we will have to wait and see. I trust DeVaney, but I'm not in love with the decision if Garrett is the guy.

Re: Garrett-Sparano
We all have to consider the possibility that none of the other top prospects were that interested in coming to the Rams. This team is for sale. That's got to make any 1st time HC nervous. Especially coming into the mess we've got.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

Re: Garrett-Sparano
Right and that offense has some of the best personnel in it with Top 5 players at every skill position, and an OL that saw, what, 4 guys make the pro bowl last season? As well as the addition of Roy Williams mid season to play alongside Terrell Owens.
Tony Romo
Marion Barber
Jason Witten
Solid OL
Terrell Owens
Roy Williams
Should be able to produce even if one of these factors is taken out of the equation.
What about the Rams? We have a top-5 player at one skill position, an aging starting WR, a QB that looks shell shocked and a terrible offensive line. Not to mention a defense that won't be helping out offense much down the stretch.Last edited by Milan; -01-17-2009 at 02:01 PM.
