Well we are at the halfway point of the season. As we all know our won/loss record is 3-5. We have seen our team play as well as the rest of the NFL teams. Looking at our remaining schedule how many wins will we end up with total?

Oops, I'm first. So I was caught saying four. Hope I'm very wrong. I love me some Fisher, but this feels so deja vue.

I had us pegged for 4 wins before the season started. After observing our team and the teams left on our schedule I feel like 4 may be a bit low.

Remaining Schedule:

@ SF- LOSS- Iron of the NFC West
vs. NYJ- I really think we can WIN this game. The Jets are a mess and this is a home game for us.
@ AZ- Another team that's in disarray, QB issues and they aren't who I thought they'd be, WIN.
vs. SF- LOSS- Still the Iron of the NFC West
@ BUF- LOSS- Let's face it, we just don't play that well on the road.
vs. MIN- They have come back to earth and they are who I thought they'd be. WIN
@ TB- They are starting to come on and this is yet another road LOSS.
@ SEA- I know we beat them at home but our Boys won't have the CLAN contingent to cheer them on. LOSS

So I see 3 more wins for a total of 6.

I bet my brother before the season started we would go 8-8 so I will stay with that.

I felt at the start 3 would be underachieving, 7 lucky/overachieving and 5 a good step on from 2 last year, providing we looked competitive for the most part. I still think 5 is where it's at, but would love that 7.

I'm going with home wins against the Jets and Vikings and I'll go crazy and say a road win against the Cardinals. 6-10.

I like the way that you think - but my understanding is that three more wins, in addition to the three wins we currently have, totals out to six wins. Like I said, I hope you're right - I'd much prefer to win seven than to win six.

Have us picking up 7 wins, with the 4 remaining coming against Arizona, New York, Buffalo and Minnesota. The common theme among those teams being below average passing attacks. We can hold our own against the run, so I think those games will be manageable.

niners beat the cards 24-3 to the rams' 17-3, now i don't like to compare scores since it's all about match ups and coaching, but i think it will be closer than people think, might even get a win in one of the two

on the other hand, seahawks beat the pats, we beat the hawks, got smashed by the pats...
