That rumor has been spread to ESPN radio as I heard today that Ryan is the frontrunner for the Jets job.

I'm probably one of the only posters on this site that wouldn't mind Haslett back. I'd rather Spagnuolo, but Jim's my second choice.

Yeah, it's probably like that Garrett situation last year where teams didn't bother to express interest because they knew the team wouldn't let a precious commodity like that get away...right? Right?

I am not a fan of Haz but I'll be very curious to see what he can do as HC in the offseason

Not only is Haslett's phone gathering cobwebs, but his possible OC (Mike Martz) isn't garnering much interest either. Interesting.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

Doesn't sound to me like Martz is interested in other opportunities. Kind of hard to get interviews when he makes statements like this...

I do?? I haven't voted in any of the polls, and I have gone on record saying that I am for which ever coach Billy D. chooses. I do not pretend to know enough to designate which of the 5 finalists should be our next HC. More than anything else, we need to get better players or it won't matter who our HC is ..
