Re: Guess who will be playing next week....in PRIMETIME!!!

Cold?! We're talkin' Qwest, not Lambeau.I'm sure the Hag hordes will wrap up & show up either way but, then again, it'll be just after New Year's & lots of folks go back to work, I'd imagine, on that Monday so it might work in our favor...Otherwise, unless it rains like crazy, I can't see it being that big a disadvantage for the Rams short passing game & SJ played his college ball outdoors just a couple of hours south in Oregon.

It's been a sweet season for this team but they're not made of sugar. They won't melt in the rain or under the bright lights of primetime, for that matter. Gotta believe...

Well the way I see it, both teams are playing in the same weather so it shouldn't be a major problem.

Yep, both teams will be playing in the cold.

I thinkm the key to this game will be taking the crowd out of the game early, so get the ball and keep it

I have to admit I haven't actually checked this, but if is the Sunday night game, then i believe it will be shown on Channel 4 in the UK. Which means that although you have to put up with the terrible guys in the studio, guys who really know nothing of the game, you do get to watch the game as i think everyone has channel 4!

Damn you NFL, thats SO late here in Europe.....

I guess I have to go to work with red eyes from lag of sleep, hopefully with a smile on my face because the Rams are in the playoffs!

True that. It is really annoying listening to those guys. They make college announcers sound good.

I don't know if I like this prime time stuff. I live in Ohio and the only time the Rams made it on national tv here was for STL vs KC and Fox change to the Rams just in time to see the J. Charles eighty-something yard run. After the KC TD they changed it again. Other then streaming online, that was the only National TV game that has been shown in Ohio. Not a good showing. I am excited to watch a Rams game on TV though.

    Thrilled about the TV coverage.

I don't think he weather is a major advantage or disadvantage for either team.

The crowd? Depends on how the game opens. If the Rams can take control early, the crowd may be more interested in the Starbucks kiosk than the game.

    Can't wait!

The first primetime game of 2011, hopefully that is a sign of good things to come! As far as the weather, it is what it is. Both teams have to play in it. If it rains, that probably means more running the ball for both, and I would certainly rather have Jackson, who will probably do anything to win this game, than Lynch who's biggest concern will be where he can find some quality grass for afterwards. Go Rams!

I'm not worried about playing in the cold.

Hasselback might not be there so it's gonna be a very physical game.

I got two words and these two words are gonna be the reason we are going to win.

    Steven Jackson.

One more thing on the announcers.

The RAMS need to do something early to take the announcers out of the game.

    That's it.
    Let the hype begin.

Who would have thought we would still be alive for a playoff spot going into the last week of the season? Not me.

The game is going to be televised nationally?! Yeah baby!!!!

    Bottom line.....NO EXCUSES!

    Just get 'er done!!!!!

    GO RAMS!
