Gus has been around the block a few times. He should be good and fresh from sitting around for so long. Let's hope he can improve on those stats.

Wasnt it in Miami, under Linehan when he came in and provided a spark for that team? Wasnt that the last time Miami made it to the playoffs.....Boy do we need a spark!!!

Yep, Gus played very well for Miami a few years ago, and I really thought he'd end up going somewhere else to start. I was very pleased when we got him as a backup.

I hope that Gus does play well. He was the QB at my alma mater, the University of Tulsa.

Gus is a good back-up, however it wouldn't surprise me if he comes out a little rusty. I understand he came in relief of Bulger last week, from my understanding, that was in garbage time.
