Gut Check!
Through that horrid first half, to more injuries, to some ominous third and fourth downs, to a seemingly season ending late field goal by Houston, to losing the coin flip and to a truely bizarre official discussion after the final touchdown, that was a big time gut check for this team!

Re: Gut Check!
Man; I did not expect them to pull this one out. Fitz was amazing; just think how good this kid will be with some playing time under his belt.
I hope he starts the rest of the season.
On the flip side; the D looked very horrid for most of the game.
Did anyone notice the poor alignment of the D line pre snap? There was a huge hole in the middle and the Texans exploited it it most of the game.
Kudos to the CB's the played much better when pressing the WR's.
Furrey could have had three INT's today.
Pisa made some big plays.
Trev Faulk made the hit on the on-side kick.
Way to pull it out!:clanram:JUST WIN ONE FOR THE FANS

Re: Gut Check!
I agree, he was amazing, especially in the clutch. How big was his 4th and 1 pass to Holt for a first down on the Bruce touchdown drive and then his cool as a cucumber conversion on a critical 3rd and 9 from the Ram 11 yard line to Holt en route to the winning drive in OT. His demeaner is something that's inherant and can't be taught.
