    hagans and the practice squad

    does hagans have to clear waivers before we can sign him to the practice squad? It should be interesting to see what we do, given that thompson is already on the practice squad and is farther along than hagans anyway.

    Yes, only players who make it through waivers are elligible for the practice squad.
