Has anyone seen waterfield and van brocklin play?

I wish we could somehow find a rams fan who actually saw waterfield, van brocklin and hirsch play. I have had a couple of email exchanges with people over the last couple of years, but no one on a consistent basis.

lets all comb the bushes on this, we need the generational transfer of information from our forefathers. As we, the keepers of the horns, pass down what we know to our children, we are missing detailed info on the rams in the pre sportscenter/primetime/internet era.

ramming speed to all

That would be so nice -- a personal narration on the history behind such Rams greats!

I enjoy history very much (History Channel, etc.). The other day on ESPN there was a mix of NFL Films shorts and one of the segments was on former Rams Equipment Mgr. Don Hewitt and his son, the current Rams Equipment Mgr. Todd Hewitt.

This segment showed the high sense of personal and professional dedication from the Hewitt's since 1967 to present day.

See: http://www.stlouisrams.com/History/Chronology/

Let's here it from those that saw or lived the days of former Rams legends! :1:

Re: Has anyone seen waterfield and van brocklin play?

I haven't seen them play but there was a special on both of them in the same day on the NFL network in about October.
