The Seagulls and 49whinners have an advantage only in that they don't have to pay big money for their QBs, like the Rams do for Bradford. So on the short term, of course they have more salary cap room...but there too the chickens will come back to haunt them

Of the two the 49whiiners made the best move in parting with what...a 6th round pick?--what did the Seagulls part with again?

But as pointed out free-agency isn't over yet...and there still is the draft in April. Not sure just yet if the Rams are trying to patch the O-line piece meal (free-agency/Draft)--haven't here the Long deal is a forgone conclusion yet but I like the thinking

Seattle has a couple nice WRs already, so what are they going to do, play three wide. I certainly wouldn't take Tate off the field.

I think Gholston will be relieved not to have to take down Cook, having just signed with TB.

Looks to me like the NFC West may be reacting to an improved, and improving, Rams defense. And they didn't necessarily get better losing the players they did. And when the QBs want to get paid, look out.

I would also like to see the Rams look at whatshisname KR that Seattle released. Yeah, Harvin might be returning kicks. Nice investment.

Considering the Hawks just signed DE Cliff Avril, yes.

Avril really doesn't make the Seahawks a better team than they were in 2012, as he is basically just replacing Chris Clemons, who tore his ACL in the playoffs. Clemons is a better player than Avril, in my opinion.

He is, but Clemons will return probably after the PUP list if not sooner. That'll give them a scary duo at DE. Don't really care though, if we sign Jake Long, they'll be neutralized pretty damn well.

He won't be back in 2013. At his age, you don't come back from a torn ACL in less than a year.
