Hawk fan on GZ
I was reading their board and came across this.... they where questioning the onside kick after halftime.
He had this picture as his avatarI'd have been fine with the onside kick had the Rams kicker not just proven in the 1st quarter that he can hit 70 yard field goals (that one from 58 cleared the crossbar by like 15 feet). **** if they recover, they're automatically within his range.
Seriously, that Zurlein kid is a freak of nature. Without him and his two circus kicks from the edge of town we win that game; the rest of the Rams team was really not all that good. Where the chocolate did they find that guy!?
Not our fault Jeff Fisher taught a donkey to kick field goals...

Now that is funny.

Re: Hawk fan on GZ
Sounds like Young GZ is becoming somewhat of a folk legend, and a weapon for opponents to fear. Does this kid have All-Pro written all over him or what? Peter King marveled at GZ in his Monday Morning Quarterback column, noting that he is the first kicker in NFL history to kick two FG's of at least 58 yards in a single game.

Re: Hawk fan on GZ
The thing is when we drafted him WE all went and looked at youtube to see him kick and then in camp you hear he's blasting 65 yarders. OK so here is Seahawk fan who does not have a clue about GZ and is at the game and see this. He has to be stunned right?
Not sure if you guys watched Fisher last presser but he said we need to start scoring points by the offense to take some pressure..... off our kicker. But he was laughing, he had a smirk on his face. Like this is not going to be a fair fight.
Love it!

He actually tried to tackle a Seahawk on a return. Wilkins was a great tackler - GZ isn't, and I'd like Fisher to tell him not to do it. Wears WAY to unlucky with injuries. ;-)

Re: Hawk fan on GZ
Awww c'mon now, guys; the Seahag fan is correct; it IS better to have a donkey-legged kicker than a jackass-headed coach who'd try that onside kick.
