he's been to the pro bowl numerous times and he has been in plenty of playoff games... he would bring veteran leadership and a much needed depth to the front

Sam Adams is worth a look he may be old and may only have a year or two left, but he is 350lbs. and can eat of blockers like no one on the roster.

For very cheap/incentive laden deal Adams is an upgrade over Kennedy.

He's 34 yrs old. Why waste cap space on him? He had only 14 tackles last season and played in all 16 games I think. I could care less about what he did in 2003. You already have an old DT in Glover, though at least he was productive last season. The more older DL you have the more you will have to replace down the road, then all of a sudden you're back to rebuilding the Dline again.
