    Hey guys...

    I just wanted to let you all know, your not the only winless team, i feel the same way you guys do. So don't take it to hard because saints and dolphins fans are going through the same things you are.

    I'm actually hoping for the Dolphins to keep going winless...I have a Dolphins friend at school who gets a lot more heat for his team sucking than I do...hopefully that can continue.

    Thanks for the word of consolation, Fins. Nice visit too.

    Every team goes through these valleys of gloom and doom -- I've seen it happen to just about every single one. Take a look at these dreadful and dire NFL teams of infamy:

    In no particular order:

    * 1976 T.B. Buccaneers: 0-14
    * 1990 N.E. Patriots: 1-15
    * 1989 Dallas Cowboys: 1-15
    * 1973 Houston Oilers: 1-13
    * 1971 Buffalo Bills: 1-13
    * 1981 Indianapolis Colts: 2-14
    * 1991 Indianapolis Colts: 1-15
    * 1960 Dallas Cowboys: 0-11-1
    * 1980 N.O. Saints: 1-15
    * 2001 Carolina Panthers: 1-15
    * 1992 Seattle Sawks: 2-14
    * 2000 S.D. Chargers: 1-15
    * 1996 New York Jets: 1-15
    * 1969 Pittsburgh Steelers: 1-13
    * 1958 G.B. Packers: 1-10-1
    * 1979 and 2001 Detroit Lions: 2-14
    * 1962 Minnesota Vikings: 2-11-1
    * 1967 Atlanta Falcons: 2-11-1
    * 1969 Chicago Bears: 1-13
    * 1974 N.Y. Giants: 2-12
    * 1968 Philadelphia Eagles: 2-12
    * 1961 Washington Redskins: 2-11-1
    * 2002 Cincinnati Bengals: 2-12
    * 1978 and 1979 S.F. Whiners: 2-12
    * 1979 Miami Dolphins: 3-10-1
    * 1999 Cleveland Browns: 2-14
    * 2000 Cleveland Browns: 3-13
    * 2006 Oakland Raiders: 2-14
    ...et cetera.

    Granted we're not that interested in the Hall of Shame nor, of course, in emulating the above "achievements" but all teams go through some seasons which they -- players and fans alike -- would rather forget.

    I wonder if the '76 Buccaneers pop the champange when all winless teams finally win during each season?

    At least the Saints beat the Seahawks tonight.

    This is sad....fans of the winless teams unite.

    Wow, no '90's Ram team huh? Just curious, did we trade to get the pick we drafted Orlando Pace with, or did you omit us on purpose?

    Well, I was going for the really bad records (teams with a maximum of 3 wins in a regular season) and, you got me: yes, in an attempt to hide our most shameful years, I had intentionally left out the...
    1959: 1-11,
    1962: 1-12-1, and
    1991: 3-13 Rams (L.A. and STL eras only).

    I hope that history doesn't repeat itself, ever! :\

    Re: Hey guys...

    the really sad part of this is the whole division sucks and if we had any makings of a good team we would be right there at the top.
