How good/bad are the cheap seats in the dome?

Just had an opportunity for a possible road trip from Cali to St Louis to see the Rams on Sunday. The tickets star at $8, yes 8 bucks, for the cheap seats, so I'm wondering if they view is any good at all from way up top in the corner?

If not, where's the best bang for my buck to be able to enjoy the game and not break the bank?

A road trip to the game THIS Sunday against the Jags? If so, PULL THE TRIGGER JOSH!

I don't know how much this will help, but the link below gives views from every section of the Dome. Scroll over a section, and you'll get a picture of the view. You can also enlarge it.

Edward Jones Dome Seating Views - Section Views - Seating Chart - SeatHound.com

I don't know how much you want to spend, but you might still be able to get a ticket in our section (127), at $84.

Hopefully you get some feedback from people who have sat in the upper reaches.

Will possibly be going to Springfield with a friend for a funeral on Tuesday, so if I do I'll come early to see the game. And yes it's this Sunday. What row are you guys sitting in?

We paid $84, but if you go for KK, I'll bet there will be some empty seats near us. There were a few last year.

Alright if this happens, I'll snag the KK tickets. Should know in a few hours if it's a go. Guess one good thing that comes from losing is cheap tickets.

What are you planning on doing before the game?

Nothing planned, but I'll send you a PM with my number. Hope this works out.

Not sure, but there is a guy connected with the team, and he's coming to the Bash, and usually has a tailgate.

Re: How good/bad are the cheap seats in the dome?

The cheap seats are not that bad. During the 99 playoff run, the RAMS were able to get us "Bash Seats" to the Tampa game that were way up there. There really isn't a bad seat in the house. The only draw back is endzone seats are pretty far away from action on the other end. They do show the plays on the large screens, so you can watch the large screens when the play is on the other end. One nice thing about the upper seats is you get to see more of the field in your "field of vision", so there is a trade off.

As bad as the product has been on the TV, it is always MUCH better to 'enjoy' the game with like minded individuals.

If you're in town by Saturday night, you should join us at the Bash dinner.

Tickets are bought. We'll be in section 127, Row KK, seats 19 & 20. I'm fairly certain we'll be staying the night in Springfield and will drive up for the game Sunday morning. In case that changes, where are you guys doing dinner on Sat night?

Nevermind, just saw the sticky. We'll be there if we can, but it's not likely.
