Re: How many players do we need to make a run at the west?
I think we have too many to count.
1. We still need a burner WR who can actually CATCH the dad gum ball.
2. A hard hitting safety
3. A pass rushing DE to compliment Little, or even two as Little may be running out of gas.
4. A true center.
5. Another OT as I'm not sold on Barron and Pace is getting up there.
6. Help at G
7. Another DT as you need at least 3 or 4 for a solid rotation.
8. Another ST player to go along with Culberson to bring the lumber
And I'm sure there are others I failed to mention

Our WR as is, with a healty O line will get it done. Do we need one, yes is it a must have to win the west no.
2. A hard hitting safety.. Agree
3. A pass rushing DE to compliment Little, or even two as Little may be running out of gas. Agree
4. A true center. Not a must have.
5. Another OT as I'm not sold on Barron and Pace is getting up there. Not a must have, I would like to see Barron play with 4 other starters, week in and week out before I punch his ticket.
6. Help at G. Agree
7. Another DT as you need at least 3 or 4 for a solid rotation. We had a solid rotattion this year that will get better.
8. Another ST player to go along with Culberson to bring the lumber. Agree
And I'm sure there are others I failed to mention...Back up QB,FG,FB?
I say 3-4 we can win the west, not saying we will go deep in the playoffs.

Re: How many players do we need to make a run at the west?
2 OL, 2 DL, 1 MLB, 2 Safeties, 2 Rec's (if Bruce hits the bricks), FB. That's 10 starters. Then depth.
Patient, not saintly.

Wow 10 starters, Spoon had a great year at MLB did he not? OJ had a breakout year at FS, almost lead the NFL in INT.2 DL, to replace Glover and? 10 I hope not that many.2 OL, 2 DL, 1 MLB, 2 Safeties, 2 Rec's (if Bruce hits the bricks), FB. That's 10 starters. Then depth

Re: How many players do we need to make a run at the west?
I thinkwe would be fine with a OT, G, S, pass rushing DE and maybe some veteran depth at CB because I'm not sold on Bartell and a speedy reciver. That's a total of six.
