I know I'll get a lot of flack for this, but Bradford IS NOT a Franchise QB. He throws dinky dunky passes and the defenses adjusted to it at the end of the year.

If it were up to me, I'd trade him to the Lions for Stafford and a 2nd IMMEDIATELY. Does no one else see this?
Ok if Bradford is worse than stafford why would the lions give up stafford and a 2nd for bradford? If bradford ISNT a franchise qb why would the lions want him over stafford.

You know whats sad Bradford already has more starts under his belt than stafford does. So the question is who isnt a franchise qb here?

Next time you have a thought or a idea that you even think is a good idea, just let it go, just dont give it anymore thought at all and especially don't post it for everyone else to see.

To be fair, no player is beyond critique. I think that Bradford is capable of making the throws downfield, but as a team, we do need to be able to complete passes for better than a 6 yard average. Otherwise, we almost might as well be running the ball every down.

    RO55 = Troll?
I actually saw an article like this on bleacher report where the writer said that Bradford didn't deserve the ROY award because of his DOVA and DYAR which are two stats made up by a website called football outsiders and are 2 stats nobody uses. He then went on to say some other people like Rob Gronkowski, (his number 1 choice) Aaron Hernandez, even Colt Mccoy deserved it more. Which is outrageous but since they have better "stats" one of them should have been ROY.

Is this nonsense still going on?

Sure on Madden I draft Stafford over Bradford, but I also pick up Jarmarcus Russel as my backup.

There is more to real football than throwing power.

(I told myself I wasn't going to waste my time posting in this drivel, alas I lack self control)

It wasn't "dink and dunk" that wowed the team, coaches, and fans in pre-season practices/games...and earned Sam the starting job.

It was "dink and dunk" that was necessitated by a decimated, inferior receiving corps.

For shame! I never do a fantasy draft in Madden, but if I did I would certainly pick the cornerstone to my new franchise in SAM BRADFORD!

Guys be nice every one is entitled to their own opinion. With that being said here is mine. Bradford dinked and dunked because his twp top receivers went down early. Some people must think in order to be great you could throw down field no matter who your receivers are. Joe had Rice, Bradshaw had Swan, Kurt had Bruce and Holt and Proehl and Marshal and Az Ahir Akeem damn Kurt plus he had Fitz and Boldin, Manning has Had Harrison and Wayne. Bradford will develop into a all around passer it will happen. Some people are just impatient. Bradford broke almost all rookie records so Im keeping the faith.

I know, I know... however I am not the greatest player in my college house, but I found out that if you get a QB with ridiculous throw power launch it up to Desean Jackson on a streak he will catch it most of the time- even if everyone and their mom knows I am doing it.

Lame? Petty? Cheap? Disloyal? Perhaps, unfortunately all that matters to me is the Super Bowls and bragging rights I rack up

That being said, something is fundamentally wrong with a game when you would rather use Matthew Stafford or Jay Cutler over Peyton Manning, Tom Brady, and Sam Bradford.

Goodness gracious, have I salvaged this horrible thread!?!

Re: How many QB's had a lower YPA than sam Bradford last year?

Interesting comment, I happen to agree that Stafford is a great QB in the making and way ahead of Bradford. If we get Stafford and trade Bradford, we could do better.
On the other hand, Bradford dinked and dunked us to 7 wins. That is a 700% better than Bulger. Stafford on the other hand is having problems beating teams that he should. Plus Stafford is hurt, hurt, did I mention he is hurt. Do we really want to change a QB with a 700% win percent better than last year for someone who may not play the whole season?
Now if we got Fitsgerald and Bolden with Stafford with an option to sign Suh, well that would be a trade I would consider. Until then, make mine Bradford all the way.

How good is our line? We dont know because of those dinks and dunks. When Bradford has to hold the ball longer than 4 seconds well find out. I think Bradford is the bomb, but im suspect of the line.
