Well, that's what happens when it takes 5 years to win 15 games. Some fans get fed up. You start winning, and they'll come back.

edit: 1000th post, and it only took six years!

Re: How Popular Are the Rams??

Here's what I'm talking about when I say that the Rams fans are silent in blogs and online conversations. This came from a Mike Sando article where he was talking about the characters and funny blogs he reads everday....

Finally, a "well done" to Pete Reggio, who adapted a DirecTV commercial with the blog in mind, working in a shot at another team in the division (bonus points for going far enough, but not over the line). His take:
First, Sando did a story about the Seahawks' prospects.

When you do a story about the Seahawks' prospects, people accuse you of being a Seahawks homer.

When people accuse you of being a Seahawks homer, you do a story on the *****.

When you do a story on the *****, people accuse you of being a ***** homer.

When people accuse you of being a ***** homer, you do a story about the Cards.

When you do a story about the Cards, people accuse you of being a Cards lover.

When people accuse you of being a Cards lover, you do a story on the Rams.

When you do a story on the Rams, nobody responds and the blog dies.

    Don't kill the blog, man.
    It is funny though...
    Faithful Rams fan since 1968

When the RAMS start winning some games and winning the division the bandwagoners will become fans. Been a RAMS fan since 72 and will always be regardless.

I think their methodology is flawed. I did a poll of my household and found that 100% of people listed the Rams as their favorite team, and 0% listed any other team.

haha we're silent because we have nothing to say (to other fans). Again, 5 years, 15 wins. When that happens, you don't have a lot of room for debate and smack talk. Let's hope this changes soon.
