7. Michael Vick (2001): 79.2
8. Andrew Luck (2012): 79.1
9. Cam Newton (2011): 77.2
10. David Carr (2002): 56.2 (two pass attempts as Giants' No. 2 QB)
11. Tim Couch (1999) - out of NFL

Re: How Sam Bradford Compares To Other No. 1 Overall QBs
Very interesting AV. It would be interesting to look at the gyrations each QB has taken over his respective career. That would show that QB's like Peyton manning are consistently great and Alex Smith is a late-bloomer. How Carson Palmer ranked 3rd has me scratching my head. I'm amazed Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady and Ben Roethlesberger are missing from this list.
Go Rams!

My thoughts... Bradford WILL win a superbowl but not because of him but because of a RAMS team finally getting their sh*t togather led by a D. and a nasty attitude with an identity(thanks Fisher).

Re: How Sam Bradford Compares To Other No. 1 Overall QBs
Keep this in mind, usually if a QB is taken #1 overall the team is more than likely terrible and isnt very competitive. That must be taken into account because it makes a big difference.A good team wont stumble across the 1st overall pick so therefore their current QB will more than likely have a much better team around them.Hence better numbers by lots of those Qbs on that second list.Like AV said i wouldnt trade Bradford for more than a couple of those guys 1vs1 equal money.Honestly Aaron is the only one i probably would trade for because Bradford is as young as most of those guys and most have significantly better weapons that if bradford has their cast he would produce more than said QB.

Re: How Sam Bradford Compares To Other No. 1 Overall QBs
I hope you are right about the SB win. But so far Fisher's defense has lost two games this year that Bradford has come back late to take the lead. The Lions game we needed a stop with under 120 second left in the game and the 9ers game all we needed was a stop with less then 90 seconds in the game.
Fisher might disagree with you, he has been coaching in the league for a long time. He has built some physical and nasty teams. But the one thing he knew when picking his next team was he could not do it without a great QB. He has on many occasions sited Bradford as the reason he came here.
