How well are the younger players developing?

I live in Ohio and thus am not able to watch many Rams games(although this season playing the AFC north fixed that a bit), and was wondering how are younger players are coming along. It's one thing to read stat sheets, but you guys here on the board can probably give a better analysis than those. So, if you wouldn't mind sharing some info on the guys, go ahead and post it here! Thanks.

Tye hill has shown flashes of his potential.
Adam Carriker will be a beast.
John Wade will probably never be more than a Nickel Back.
Clifton Ryan Should be a starter next year.
Brian Leonard lost his #2 back to Antonio Pittman
PisaTinoisamoa Is always injured, but is very solid when he is healthy
Alex barron would be good if he did not always False Start.
Joe Klopfenstein is an average TE In our System.

I hope that answers your Question.
