How would you rate the new Staff?

Hey guys, just wondering, i think everybody should pitch in with what they think and tell me (since I dont know much about our staff at all in regards to their past) what you guys think of the new Rams Staff. I'm not saying what they are doing for the rams, but what they could do, because of their past. How good is their past etc, like for example, we all know our head coach made the Dolphins last year really step it up for offense, ,but what about the rest? Please explain everyone!!! I wanna know!

It's very detailed, has the complete staff, and it's "Official" (granted that sometimes it is just more convenient to get the info here, straight from ClanRam).
