Tom Nutten Profile

The St. Louis Rams today signed guard Tom Nutten because of growing injury problems on their offensive line. Nutten started at left guard on the Rams' 1999 and 2001 Super Bowl teams, but left for the Jets as a free agent after the 2002 season. Because of injury issues, he retired from the Jets in Aug. 2003 and was released by the Jets this past February. He spent the NFL Europe season coaching in his native Germany for the Cologne Centurions. Nutten practiced Friday, and said he weighs 20-25 pounds less than he did last year.

I like both Howard and Bernie. They are both reputable sports writers. So what if some of the Clan don't like them, dosen't matter. HowardB is always interesting to talk sports with, and BernieM is one of the most respected sports writers in the STL area.

Never said I was down on Howard. Just trying to make a point. Not sure what Bernie did to deserves being called a Dolt. Why not call Howard a putz. I am thinking about calling Thomas a loser when he writes something and Barry a knucklehead.

Just because someone gives their opinion and tries to make assumptions from reports does not make them stupid.

And how is it that Howard anything to do with us winning a Super Bowl? By burning sage? Huuummmm, seems like he has tried the same tactic the last few years and it hasn't helped. Maybe he better fined a new sales gimmick, 'cause his superstitions might cause him to be a bore ;-)
