I don't know how to post youtube links (Ram related. Apologies)
Apologies to the powers that be regarding links,
I just saw this on you tube and think this dude should be our motivational pre-game speaker.
(I thought this was awesome)

I think its Rams related because we were champions, and we need to to do whatever it takes to become champions once again.
I think we have lacked this kind of spirit for about 10 years.
Who is this guy? Why isn't he here with the Rams right now. I would do anything for this dude and I don't even know him !!
