Martz is the only offensive coach I want as the HC. If we are going defense, I have about 5 or 6 individuals who I wouldn't mind.

I'd love to see Monte Kiffen (Tampa DC), but word is, he doesn't want to leave Tampa, which makes sense, he's been there for a decade and is 65 years old. How you gonna get a guy in his mid 60's OUT of Florida.
A name that I'm interested in, but haven't heard much mention of is Mike Smith, Jax's DC. He's a young guy (just turned 46) with a history of solid defensive performance....Ravens '99-'02, Jags '03-current. If he'd be willing to part with his buddy Del Rio, Smith could be the man.Last edited by HUbison; -12-08-2005 at 02:15 PM.

The Rams tried to get Carrol back in the 90's and I was all for that. But I really hated to see Fisher go. So I would like to see Fisher back with us! He is D-minded , but he also works on his O. His problem has been too many injuries! Remember Fisher was let go by who other than KNOX!!!!!!! What a move.

Well considering the only team he has had that was worth a crap was in the 99 superbowl!

He has been decimated with injuries....it just seems there is always something missing with his team that you just can't put your finger on it. I don't know, what do I know about evaluating coaching talent?

I think Jerry Gray would bring a breath of fresh air, something new and something old school.
It would be interesting though who Gray would bring in for his coaching staff.
