I think we are looking at the #1 pick in Draft

    .
I think we may be looking down the barrel of the Number 1 pick in the Draft.

Here's a big problem - I don't want any of the people in our front office or Coaching staff to pick that person and all the other high draft picks (our #2 will be like a late 1st rounder, etc, etc.).

Please don't let the current brain trust do the board and make the selections. They've run a good team into the ground and then some.

YES, YES, YES, I know it's the first week, but I've seen Linehan coach in 33 games and Haslett isn't much better. The way the O-line is blocking, Bulger is going to go down and that will bring on Trent Green. Trent Green is not NFL starting material. In 2006, Green had 7 TDs and 9 INTS. In 2007, Green had 5 TDS and 7 INTS. How many TDs did Donovan McNabb just have in ONE game?

The Dolphins who desperately needed QB help - had no interest in Trent Green.

How about #2 pick Brian Leonard? He was inactive for game 1 - not even used.

    I could go on - but I won't.

Keep in mind that there is hope in the form of Bob Deveny. Yeah, he still has to deal with the knuckle heads but it at least raises the possibility of something different happening in the front office.

Someone post when will we get #1 - and, at first, I thought they were referring to the Number #1 pick in the Draft.

I think we'll get it - I just hope none of the losers that saddled us with so many bad picks over the years are involved.

We need a rebuilt front office!

I will pick. Build the O line.

1st round - Michael Oher OT Ole Miss
    2nd round - Alex Mack C California

It's far too early to be so defeatist. The signs were more encouraging (for three quarters, at any rate) yesterday and we still have the likes of the Dolphins and Whiners to play, so all is not lost yet.

Always possible, but we live in the division of suck, which looks like it could be the Cards' division this year... and Seattle could be worse than us.

You know Im not so sure on the west being that bad at least not at the top. The Cards look good and Warner is playing well. It's not like the Cards don't have talent. SF, hawks all show they can move the ball. We have yet to make it in the red zone.
