I think I will nominate Jim Haslet to be Mayor, Governor,President. Hell maybe even God of Football! What a showing by the defense against Denver's offense. Looks like a good season for the Ram Fans.:l

I could say I told you so as well, but I won't :)

I am absolutely thrilled with our D, our offense really needs to start scoring though in the red-zone. Hopefully that'll change next week, and our D stays the same...THAT GAME was a HUGE win for us. We really needed to show people that we're the real deal this year against a pretty damn good (experts say so) team.

i predicted a relatively low scoring game @13-10 rams due to Denver's strong D. Our D looked way stronger though. WE PUNCHED DEM IN DA MOUT!!!

5 forced turnovers!!! amazing game by the defense!!

sorry for double post. and yea, +5 turnover ratio is a nice start. LOL, we are like the bengals. :)

What a great feeling it was to watch a Ram defense that wrapped up, made plays and punched people in the mouth. To do it against a very good offense and elite team made it all the sweeter. The whiners are next. I can't wait!

Indeed, Mike, it is a great feeling being far removed from the horrors of last season. Let's just hope it continues. We might not have the highest talent level, but Haslett seems to have these guys playing hard on every down. Something that was sorely lacking with Marmie. The players just never bought into his cerebral style. Where ever you are tx.....I told you he was an egg head.....LOL

I remember a discussion we had last year Ferter where you and I marveled at watching the soundness of the Bears defense and wishing ours could approach that level. Well dude, our wishes just might be coming true.:)
