But, the day belonged to Merlin Olsen. It was his last game he ever played in the LA Coliseum.
We stayed until the end and it was worth it.
We started chanting Olsen's name and Knox put him back in for his final play and over the Radio Dick Enberg went nuts when he thought Merlin made the tackle. He didn't but fanning did.
By the way Knox did a triple reverse and the end of the first half. I kid you not.
