As if acquiring Spags wont be good enough...

    Per TheReporterOnline.com

Unless a key Eagle gets hurt, Sheppard probably will watch the rest of the playoffs in uniform on the sidelines. After that? If former Eagles assistant Steve Spagnuolo gets a head coaching job, he knows where to find a cornerback. "If he's smart," Sheppard said with a grin. "You never know. I haven't quite got to that point yet but you never know. Everything and anything is a possibility now a days."
It seems as if potentially (Just a rumor) that Spags and Lito could be a package deal...so we would not only be solving our HC problem by bringing in a tough hardass, but get a cornerback with #1 and shutdown abilities

    FINGERS CROSSED for Steve Spags

Spags as HC, with Lito following him to St Louis? intriguing. Re-sign OJ and Bartell and draft Patrick Chung (SS, should be available in the 2nd round) and that's our secondary sorted.

Hmmm, now that Coach Haz is no longer a candidate (I was sorry to learn that today), my inclination is more towards Steve Spagnuolo than Leslie Frazier. At least from what I've been reading in the Clan.

There is a reason Lito is on the Bench and they went after Asante Samuel when they already had Brown Lito and Joselio Hansen. It looks Like Frazier is the guy anyway and I am completely fine with that.

...Joselio who?? This post made me laugh.... Samuel is a shutdown All-Pro corner that only comes around every so often in the FAs and you must jump on him when you can...Not ONE player in our secondary with the exception maybe to Atogwe can even hold a CANDLE to Lito Sheppard..It was not long ago (one year) that he was making big plays for Philly.

Bring in Spags, Bring in his buddy..Kill two birds with one stone, and give us something to look forward to this season...

    Please.
