Re: If Jackson sits, will his reputation for toughness take a hit?
It depends, is Doctor Youngblood in the team of experts taking care of Jax? ...Doctor Jack Youngblood.

Seriously, my guess is that SJ will be ready by Sunday and, hopefully, the game will serve him in getting better. An almost "he'd better" situation. Good thread / poll AV.

Yup!!! this is where you bite the bullet and lead by example. He had a whoop ass game against the Cowcraps and we're gonna need him in there Sunday to bring down the house. With him in there we'll have a better chance of prolonging drives and Ramming #$%^ down their throats. If he doesnt realise the stakes and suck it up!! then i guess he's as good as Drew Bennette.

Re: If Jackson sits, will his reputation for toughness take a hit?
Definately a fair question. However, I've never really thought of Jackson as a tough player. A strong RB that's tough to bring down, yes. Youngblood was a tough player. He played with a broken leg. You'd think Jackson could play with a bruise. To be fair, maybe the coaching staff is keeping him out.
That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!!

Saturday night. Well, by his own account, I'm sure glad Jackson is playing tomorrow! All we can hope now is that he will indeed be ready mentally, play all out, i.e., "Predator pounding", and WIN!
We've waited for you Jax, ram your way through those birds -- DO IT!

Here's an interesting twist to the Jackson story. And it's a bizarre tale that has legs, even if none of our RBs do. Kind of a Linehanesque dysfunction to it as well,if you ask me. Not too happy with either SJ or Haz on this one.
