How about we get back on topic now, m'kay?
well, i was observing what body parts do what and at what point during his throws but okay

Unfortunately, I have first hand knowledge that allows me to state conclusively how injuries to both the left and right knees impact a person.

That's enough about that tree. Let's talk about the forest.

    Who said this?

"Rather, the stress is on the lower leg and ankle."

    Seriously?

    How complicated is this?

Right handed thrower puts a lot of pressure on RIGHT KNEE (plant, bend, push-off) and LEFT ANKLE (follow-through).

That's why Sam had such a difficult time coming back from his ankle sprain in 2011 - it was his left ankle!

    MOVE ON!
