What will be the reason?
What will be the reason?
Stop the run! That includes Kaepernick. Play press coverage.
Look at the Hawks and the Colts games and they pressed the WR and Kap had nowhere to go with the ball.
Defense defense defense!
They will have made a pact with Satan.
We stop the run or we lose. If Gore and Kaep can put up numbers like Murray did last week we don't have a shot.
Good question AV. There probably should have been an option for "All of the Above" because there is no 1 reason in my mind, but an accumulation of efforts that will get the win. I selected Pressure on Kaepernick, because it all starts with limiting their offense and forcing turnovers as the PRIMARY reason. That has be supported with run defense otherwise we're going to relive Sunday in Dallas. Our offense will have to be more complex too so we can make their defense spend more time on the field, essentially more sustained drives with better rushing and effective pass plays. Which also means fewer drops by our receivers.
So now you can see my reason for All of the Above. I believe we can win also because Jeff Fisher is a great coach.
The Whiner bus breaks down on the way to the stadium.
...and, all of the above. The Rams need to better the offense, defense, play with fire and passion and force some turnovers if they hope to win.
Fire and motivation is the top choice for me. Stop getting killed by the running game for one. This week we got to worry about Gore and Kaep running. And these three and outs are not getting us any points or our defense any rest.
27 yards on 21 plays in the prior first half's combined in week 2 and 3. That is simply pathetic and if we want to be victorious, that is the key.....to take control from outset.
And, of course, score more points than the squared sevens.
Motivation and fire. With that, everything else falls into place. If the Rams can't get fired up for a game against their most hated rival, at home, on national TV, we're in big trouble the rest of the season.
it will obviously be because SF is beat the hell up and confused and in turmoil.
I am not such a hardcore fan that I know the coaching staff etc...but someone last year found SFs holes at full strength and tore up their secondary, and tore up the read option. SF has no defensive line now either.
hopefully a short week at home is in StLs favor
I said it would be because they got the running game going. There's really no excuse to not see some effective running tonight. Through three games, the ***** are allowing 139.7 yards per game on the ground at 4 yards a pop. They're last in the league in rushing touchdowns allowed with six. Their passing defense hasn't exactly been stiffling either, so if the Rams come out and lay an offensive egg in this one, they're definitely going to have some explaining to do.
