Considering that him and Spags are buddies, I'd have to assume that they'd have a good relationship and Childress wouldn't go to the lengths he went to to destroy his football team; because it's not his.

He certainly gained a reputation with his very public demolition of the Vikings locker room this year. I don't necessarily know that a team of players would be able to lock past that and respect him as a coach right now, regardless of his level of authority.

was a fan of Tony Sparano in Miami a year ago, everything sort of went downhill this year and couldnt get Marshall the ball. but im not a fan of childress.

but whether Sparano fits what Spags is trying to do, i dont know.

He is a coordinator. Not a head coach. He did some ok things when he was at NE if we remember. Keep him in the press box, not in the post game interviews.
