If someone had told you when last season ended...

If someone told you when last season ended that:

1. The Rams would sign Dexter Coakley and Chris Claiborne;

2. Orlando Pace would sign a long-term deal;

3. Leonard Little would be found not-guilty;

4. Alex Barron would fall into the Rams' laps in the draft; and

5. The Edward Jones Dome would get Field Turf...

How would you have felt?

Just a thought.

If you would've told me that I'd never believe you. What's happened this offseason has been perfect. I'm exstatic. This offseason's been one of the best in recent memory.

Definitely would have taken it with a grain of salt, wondering what you had up your sleeve. When you look at everything in a broad sense, we've done quite well I think.

The rams and martz would make a real commitment to special teams from both a drafting and free agency perspective.

Great question Av,
My answer is that I would have felt good. I think the FO has done nicely for itself and has moved in the right direction for the most part. They've done better than I expected them to do.

Who knows... maybe Kennedy will have a great year???

I think the offseason has been great and we really focused on needs. But I am REALLY concerned about our saftey positions.

Let's not jynx our season, please. Everything, i.e., all things considered, well, it is looking too good so far! As GC pointed out, even ST are bound to improve, for crying out loud!

That at this point we would look like SERIOUS CONTENDERS?!?
