I really like Haslett but don't believe he's the man in the Rams future. I honestly believe that it will take the right coach to get things turned around here in St. Louis and by hiring the right coach, talanted FA will want to play in St. Louis for that proven coach.
Question is......who is the right coach to turn the franchise around?
Bill Cowher is the obvious choice, but would he actually come to St. Louis?

A bigger question might be can we hire anyone if no minority candidate is willing to interview for the positition? (per Rooney rule)

I think the Rooney rule helped us. I think we need a big coaching search I personally would like to see a 3-4 Defense to make our draft picks play to their full potential.
