If you thought the rams would get some help today...

-bears threw 2 pick 6 ints
    - bengals had 19-10 lead then lost in final seconds
    - redskins came back from deficits twice even with Kirk cousins as QB ... Sigh
    - Seattle kills at home..
    - niners Somehow someway win week in and week out...

The rams won this week to stay alive and that all matters but we need some teams to start loSing !!!

the biggest loss today will be seattle losing to arizona somehow

it helped that the bucs lost, a win next week for one, and against the bucs will kill them entirely

if the D can shut down the run again next week, it will definitely help

It's difficult for me to be scoreboard watching with the number of teams the Rams have to catch. And after the way they played for 90% of the game, they shouldn't be doing it either. I'm just happy to see progress with a very young team.

If you'd told me at the start of the team would be at .500 with 3 games left, I would have taken that hands down. Sure would be nice to at least have a chance by the final week though...gotta keep winning.

All we can do is keep winning and hope for the best. If we can win out, there's a good chance that 9-6-1 would be enough to get in as a Wild Card. On the other hand, one loss probably puts us out of contention.

    • We play the Vikings next week. If they lose that game, we pull ahead of them in the standings with the same number of wins but one less loss.
    • We play the Seahawks in week 17. Even if they win the next two games and we win the next two, we could pull ahead of them with a victory in the last game of the season.
    • The Cowboys and Redskins play each other in week 17. Therefore, one of those teams has to lose.

So, either the Cowboys or the Redskins could still keep us out of the playoffs if they win all of their remaining games and there's nothing we can do about that, but otherwise, our fate is still mostly in our own hands.

I'd fire Wisenhunt the minute the 4th quarter ended.

If both teams win the next two games and the Rams win the last game of the season, Seattle would be 10-6 while St. Louis would be 9-6-1. In this scenario, Seattle would still be ahead of St. Louis.

Yep. We still need hawks to lose once in next two weeks. If that doesn't happen. I'm happy to beat them n spoil them so mayb someone like the cowboys can leapfrog them for the wc

Yeah, I spoke too soon. I forgot they still had a game to play on Sunday evening. So, we need Seattle to drop another game besides the one we play against them and the winner of Dallas vs. Washington to lose a game before then. It's still not too far-fetched, especially if SF doesn't rest its starters in Week 16 against Seattle.

if harbaugh was smart he'd try to beat the seahawks, he should have learned from the colts trying to rest their starters against the jets, who made the playoffs because of that, and could have beaten them for the AFC championship

try to knock anyone you can from the playoffs, or it could come back to bite you
