I'm excited about our new young corners. I think Jenkins and Johnson will both be very good for years to come. Both of them are big and physical and both have some ball awareness, something we have been lacking at the corner position for some time.
Although Jenkins struggled against the Cowboys, I believe that was a fluke. He is very talented (I think he will be better than Finnegan in a couple years). I'm also excited about Johnson. He needs to get used to the speed of high level football because coming from not-so-powerhouse Montana is a challenge.

How about Brockers man, it seems like we finally got a guy that can at least disrupt some things in the middle and could help Long and Quinn from getting doubled. Not to mention help out 55 in the middle keeping him clean to make some big plays.
He has been improving every game. I'm actually more impressed with Langford though. He has been playing better than I expected him to.

I'm excited to see when Dahl will finally be displaced by Stewart, a guy who seemed to be all over the field last year and when inserted back in to the lineup will improve the safety position.
Dahl needs to go. Although Stewart is still raw, he is a much better improvement.

Bradford is in a similar offense to the one he excelled in as a rookie and with Jackson behind him should make for an interesting year. Kendricks looks to have shaken the rookie jitters and our te's will be a bigger focus in this offense.
Jackson has been behind him the past two years. I am not going to say Kendricks has shaken his rookie jitters until I see him consistently perform in the regular season. If he continues to play like is playing, we should have a reliable weapon.

We have some young wr's that will hopefully put a spark in to a much needed passing game. We have had literally zero playmakers on the outside and it would be great to see both of these guys improve week to week.
I haven't seen enough consistency from the young WRs for me to say that they will make a huge impact in the regular season once teams start elevating their defensive schemes.

Last but not least we finally have a coach, a real NFL coach for the first time since Vermeil. If these things don't get you excited for this season then its time for you to change your colors.
Are you saying Linehan and Spags weren't "real" coaches? I always had the suspicion that they were imposters...

I dont know about you but i'm fired up for the first time in a long time about the prospects of this team. Not to mention we still have two first round picks the next two years. Things are finally looking up for a change.
If we can figure out our friggin' offensive line, I will be REALLY excited for the season. I do not want to watch our already not so mobile quarterback get smashed into pieces because Barry Richardson is slower than a Honda Fit.
